Fridge or Freezer repairs should be logged using the Fridge Freezer repair Form in teams.
The Form will ask you a set of questions to enable us to process your repair request as efficiently as possible and without having to come back to you for more information.
Please be sure to complete all the Information in the form.
Once this for is completed, it will automatically be forwarded to Freshdesk and a job raised. We will amend this job to inculde your contact details, and will update progress on the job via Freshdesk.
